SALE ORDER: SALE ORDER: We will be starting with the shop equipment at 9:45 A.M., followed by the miscellaneous smaller items, at approximately 11:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. we plan to be on the equipment portion of the sale. Please mark your calendars to make sure to be with us for this outstanding forenoon auction.
AUCTIONEERS NOTE: We are extremely honored to be asked to represent the Goede Family with the sale of this line of very well cared for farm equipment and personal property items. The equipment is well cared for and has been shedded for the most part. Make sure to be with us at the sale starting promptly at 9:45 A.M. We look forward to seeing you at the auction.
INSPECTION: Equipment inspection will be welcome between 10:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. two days prior to the sale or by appointment with Dave Cushman at 507-841-3045.
AUCTION TERMS: Bank wires, Money orders, Cashiers Check, or Personal Check with bank letter of guarantee are preferred payment method. We do accept credit cards for payment with a 4% Convenience Fee payable the day of the auction. Owners & sales staff are not responsible for accidents. All items are being sold as is with no stated or implied warranty. Statements made the day of the auction taken precedence over any & all printed material. The information given is believed to be true & correct to best of the owners & sales staffs ability, but IS NOT GUARANTEED.
Buyer assumes full responsibility for all items upon purchase and winning the bid. Buyer shall make all inspections of items prior to purchase and relies solely on their judgment as to condition, age, hours, mileage and any safety or other defects. All out of the area buyers shall provide letter of credit to the auction company prior to purchasing. All buyers must register for buyers number prior to bidding. All sales are final. The bidder(s) / purchaser(s) agrees to the following:
Bidder(s) & purchaser(s) understand that they will pay in addition to their bid purchase price a 2.5% Buyers Premium" & capped at $750 that will be added to their total balance due upon settlement. They will also be responsible to pay all applicable sales tax and transfer fees were applicable. A $35.00 document fee will apply to all titled items that will be charged to the buyer(s) of those items.
Purchaser(s) MUST completely settle for all items as per the terms & times set forth for this auction.
All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Dan Pike Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Dan Pike Auction Company be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and do not preview the items in person, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Dan Pike Auction Company shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.
Dan Pike Auction Company will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Should any dispute arise, any action would be arbitrated and settled through the Jackson County, Minnesota judicial court system.
