DESIGN: Single action breechloader with 4-barrel cluster. 3” barrels. .30 Rimfire Caliber.
MATERIAL/FINISH COMPOSITION: Blued steel barrel cluster. Medium size silver plated brass frame. Checkered gutta-percha grip panels.
FEATURES: Bead front sight. Straight line breech. V-notch rear sight. Knurled hammer. Spur trigger. Rotating firing pin. Right side of frame stamped "C. SHARPS & Co. / PHILADA. PA" in circular format around hammer screw. Left side of frame stamped "C. SHARPS / PATENT 1859" in circular format around hammer screw. Push button barrel release on bottom front of frame allows barrel cluster to slide forward for loading and unloading. Serial number matches on frame and bottom of barrel cluster.
CONDITION: Fine. Dark patina to much of the finish. Spotty light pitting. Inconsistent sliver finish on frame with patches of brass showing through. Light scratches and handling marks. Grip panels show very light wear.

Invoices will be sent at close of auction noting purchase price of all lots won, buyer's premium and any applicable taxes and fees. To establish a tax free sale, a copy of a valid reseller's permit or license must be provided. Any purchaser claiming an exemption who is unable to provide proof will be required to pay the tax and seek a refund from the state of Pennsylvania. Generally all items shipped out of state are sales tax free sales. Buyers are responsible for compliance with the laws of the state in which they reside.
Payment to be made in five (5) days from invoice date via credit card, debit, cash, checks, money orders, cashier checks or wire transfers. There will be a 3% discount for payment with cash, checks, debit card and money orders. Checks are held for ten (10) business days. Handguns: $65 for first handgun; $35 for each additional handgun won. Shipping for all non-firearm items and NRR firearms is the responsibility of the buyer. Cordier Auctions will assist the buyer in arranging shipping through one of the listed shippers. NOTE: Items to be picked up or shipped within one week of the auction date, after which storage fees in the amount of $5 per item per day will apply. International purchases exceeding $1,000 require a wire transfer of funds. $50 fee to be applied to total. Shipping is subject to any restrictions of the purchaser’s country.

Modern handgun purchasers must be Pennsylvania residents at least 21 years of age and must have a government issued photo id (driver’s license). Out of state residents must have an FFL or a licensed dealer in their state to receive UPS shipments of handguns. Modern rifle and shotgun purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to purchase firearms. C&R lots will convey to C&R FFL holders per Federal regulations. Buyers are responsible for compliance with the laws of the state in which they reside.
