Payments must be made with wire transfer posting no later than Monday, March 31 at Noon. Credit cards will be used to verify identity during the registration process, however purchases will NOT be charged to this card. Internet bidders must make complete payment, no later than Monday, March 31 at Noon. The equipment must be removed from the warehouse locations within 30 days of the auction or by April 28, 2014. Buyers are required to submit a rigging plan within 7 days of auction.

It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller, be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. 3. All internet Bidders agree to pay a buyer's premium equal to Thirteen Percent 13% of the hammer price of each item they purchase. 4. Terms are wire transfer. Internet bidders must make complete payment, no later than Monday, March 31 at Noon. 8. Buyers of individual lots are responsible to pay for rigging removal of purchased items, in addition to paying Seller for the equipment. No equipment can be removed from the site without full payment. Buyers with exemption status must document this at or before registration. All items require a rigging commitment within 7 days. Buyers will have 30 days to remove items from warehouse locations or by April 28, 2014. Items left after 30 days are subject to forfeiture. All buyers are responsible to make removal or rigging arrangements; removal, packaging and transportation costs are the responsibility of buyer. Buyers are allowed to use the rigging company of their choosing, provided the vendor can supply adequate liability and insurance documentation to the warehouse operator and seller. Buyer will be required to remove all items. Items not removed will be subject to storage/removal/disposal costs for which the buyer will be billed. 9. Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller may refuse a buyer's number to anyone for any reason. Bidder agrees to provide any identification Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller may request including but not limited to: drivers license, photocopies of credit cards, Social Security card or Passport. Bidder agrees to comply with any stated additional terms or conditions associated with particular items. 10. We want you to be happy with your purchases.
