15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid to arrive at total contract price. Payment will be due in full on the day of the auction and will be made in the form of cash, credit card, and wire transfer. Property is being sold "as is, where is" with no contingencies. All Bidders should rely solely on their own due diligence and inspection of the property. All bidders must satisfy themselves as to the condition, authenticity, usefulness, and merchantability of the property prior to sale time. Announcements made on auction day supersede any and all previously released information. All items will be shipped at the expense of the buyer. SALES TAX: All Louisiana Residents will be charged 9% sales tax for any purchases under the amount of $500.00, all purchases over the amount of $500.00 will be exempt from sales tax. Out of state residents who will have their items shipped out of state, will not be charged sales tax. It is the responsibility of all non Lousiana residents who will have there items shipped out of state, to report to and pay there local county and state sales tax in accordance with their laws.
