For Pre-Owned Machines Bolted Down, for a Fee of $100/Washer and $200/Dryer, We can remove items for you and secure them at our warehouse for you to pickup where there is a forklift onsite. $50/New Machine to Move to Our Warehouse. Storage Fees of $10/Per Day Per Machine or Item Starting June 1st Until Items are Picked Up. Buyer Responsible for Loadout, Disconnects and Freight. Out of State Buyers should plan to come loadout in person or hire someone local to load a freight truck. Buyers are responsible for lining up removal and freight contractors. We suggest Craters and Freighters of Omaha to Handle Freight and Logistics. 4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items. All equipment is in working order and has been regularly checked and repaired if necessary on a regular basis. 5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly. 6. NOTICE: The Auction Mill will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times, unless other arragements have been made w/ the auction firm or owner. Everything must be picked up by Friday May 17th unless other arrangements have been made with Tom at the Auction Mill. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. Be sure to bring the help, manpower, boxes, carts and vehicles needed to move your items. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. You must be registered to place a bid on an item. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $117.00 (3% Will Be Added for Credit Card Purchases) 11.
