1. Auctions listed as Insurance Salvage are subject to a different process than standard auctions. Bids received on Insurance Salvage must be honored for 25 days. Bids are sent to the Insurance Company for review and acceptance. Not all bids are accepted by the Insurance Company. Items listed as Insurance salvage must go through the claims process once the bid is submitted, which is a timely process. Bidders wanting to participate in the Insurance Salvage auctions must be pre-approved. Only buyers who have met the approval standards will be allowed to bid in Insurance Salvage auctions. 2. Standard auctions will remain unrestricted and open to all Proxibid users. Standard auctions bids are subject to seller’s approval. 3. All items sold are AS-IS and WHERE-IS with or without any faults. No warranties or guarantees will be made for both Standard and Insurance auctions, either expressed or implied. 4. Purchaser assumes all liability whatsoever resulting from the possession, use or disposition of items bought. Purchaser agrees to release, waive all rights against, indemnify and hold harmless the seller. 5. The Buyer acknowledges he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the additional terms and conditions set forth.
