Checkered wood splinter forend and straight grip stock with leather butt pad. Dual bead sights. The top of the barrel is marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN. CT. U.S.A. PARKER SPEC. STEEL". Both sided under the barrels is marked "OVERLOAD PARKER BROS PROVED". "PATD'D OCT 25 1910" is marked on the water table. In the "Parker Gun Identification & Serialization" book this serial number is listed as having a capped pistol grip stock, but this one has a straight stock. But the straight long grip tang is serialized and matches the water table, barrels, and forend. Condition: Good with spots and speckling of metal rust throughout most of the metal parts. Most of the bluing is still intact, most of the case coloring has patinated. Scratches, scuffs, and dings on the wood. A large section of the end of the butt stock has been professionally extended showing a thin line at the wood extension. The addition is well done and the stock is solid. It is one of only less than twenty that have been believed to have been made and is fully adjustable. Case colored VH engraved box lock, lever, tang, and trigger guard. Double triggers and the tang safety has been removed for this configuration. Holes drilled in the barrel rib and the lock for mounting measuring equipment. This is configured with 16 gauge side by side shotgun barrels choked FULL over a 7.7mm rifled barrel. The nitro proofed barrels measure 26-3/4" with solid rib, fixed front blade, dove tail u-notch rear sight cleverly operated by the tang switch, finely engraved receiver with game scenes on either side and on the release lever, chamber indicators, side safety switch, double trigger, and diamond checkered hardwood forend and stock with raised cheek. Ships to FFL/C&R only. Condition: Excellent overall condition with very little finish loss on the barrels. The engraving is crisp showing a nicely aged patina. The barrel has engraved dots at the muzzle. The frame has a man in Renaissance attire with a rifle amidst Germanic scroll and floral and a Cherub holding a target. Right side of stock has tag stuck to wood that loosely translates to: 300 Anniversary 1926. Anchor proof on butt plate. Must ship to a C&R or FFL holder. Condition: Finish wear and scattered and light marks from handling. There is some patches of light oxidation on the receiver which displays crisp engraving and aged patina. The wood stock has a small crack at the base of the receiver tang, left side. The barrel has scattered freckling and some very light surface pitting. The bore is bright with visible rifling and some light corrosion towards the breach. The set trigger is finicky and may need cleaning or adjustment. The cleaning rod is missing. The rifled bore has very light touch of rust with strong visible rifling.

Civil War 1865 Burnside and 1860 Cavalry Saber Lot

Burnside Rifle company of Providence Rhode Island Spencer, model 1865 carbine chambered in .52. This example with the low serial number 1242 is one of approximately 34,000 produced and quite possibly saw use at the end of the Civil War. This saddle ring and tube fed carbine features a 20", three groove barrel with fixed front and ladder rear sight. The stock still bears two faint cartouche stamps on the left side. This carbine is paired with a Mansfield & Lamb 1860 pattern calvary saber. This example is stamped "US / J.M / 2 / 1864" with circled makers mark "MANSFIELD & LAMD FORESTDALE R.I.", and the pommel is stamped "JM". Antique and ships direct to buyer. Condition: The carbine is Good missing the front barrel band, rear sight slider, and with wood loss around the top and bottom of the lock plate. The barrel has turned a dark patina as has the receiver with less on the high spots. There is evidence of cleaning. The bore is clean with distinct rifling and scattered spots of corrosion. The Calvary Saber is in Very Good condition including the leather and wire wrapped grip. There are scattered spots of light surface corrosion on the blade which does not show any signs of sharpening. The scabbard shows an array of mottled patina mixed with light surface corrosion.

Description American Machine Works Smith Carbine chambered in .50 Smith with a single shot breech loading capacity and a 21.6" barrel. Four digit serial number of 9114. Patinated blued barrel, trigger, and hammer. Case colored frame with Saddle ring and saddle bar. Smooth wood forend and straight stock with metal butt plate. Adjustable rear sight and fixed front blade. The left side of the frame is marked "SMITH'S PATENT JUNE 23, 1857", "ADDRESS POULTNEY & TRIMBLE BALTIMORE U.S.A.". The manufacture stamp is faded and difficult to read but states "MANUFACTURED BY AM N M SH N WKS SPRINGFIELD". Two cartouches on the left side of the stocks grip. The left side of the barrel is stamped "LFR". Antique ships directly to MOST buyers home. Condition: Antique good with most of the finish being patinated with spots of metal oxidation and pitting throughout. Scratches and dings on the metal. Varying scratches, scuffs, and dings in the wood. There is a "K" carved into the right side of the butt stock. The action feels tight and appears to function as expected. Greek or Ottoman Tin Alloy Gilt Flintlock Pistol

Description Flintlock pistol with 15.6 mm smooth bore which appears to be Greek in origin and crafted in the Ottoman style. Near all of the wood on the gun has been carved with scrollwork added over time and then adorned with a variety of tin alloy gilt and an engraved ornate pommel. Antique and ships direct to the buyer. Condition: Fair displaying many alterations over it's life. Wood under the pommel is broken. The lock, although vintage, is clearly not original.
