In addition the home was nearly wiped out by a tornado several years ago- the building where this was stored includes items that were recovered after the tornado as well as items that are just stored for various purposes.

Wrought iron patio table with four chairs and umbrella with stand. The umbrella opens and closes fine does not appear to have any tears. The stand is designed for a lighted umbrella but this umbrella is just regular. The chairs swivel and Rock. The table has a center hole for an umbrella and this piece of Center table is a lazy Susan and Spins freely. It is a little Dusty from being in a barn for storage but the Finish is beautiful did not notice any rust or damaged. A little soap and water or just some water sprayed across to clean off the dust and it should be beautiful.

Other items that may be visible in the background are not part of this lot. The lot at 1834 is a matching glider.

These are the pieces for metal shelving racks they are same as the type in Lot number 1809 but there are more pieces here. Looks like maybe 15 or 16 shelves with approximately 11 end pieces. The end pieces are fairly lightweight but the Shelf supports and the particle board are a little on the heavy side you will need to load this yourself. These are located in a barn back behind the house you will need to be able to drive through the field to load them up in your vehicle. Ground seems to be pretty solid but if you are driving a heavy one ton diesel you may want to come inspect for yourself on preview day to make sure your path will work especially if it has been raining

This is a heavy cast-iron enamel clawfoot tub. We will have a tractor on site for the day of pick up to load this item. This is the only day that the tractor will be available if your item is not picked up during the hours scheduled for pick up you will need to bring the necessary equipment, tools, or muscles to lift and load this in your own vehicle. It more than likely weighs over 300 pounds. We did not have the means to weigh this one but the last time we had a similar bathtub it weighed 595 pounds this one looks to be a little smaller. We will not be willing to help you lift it as a member of a team lifting. This item is not available for shipping unless you have arranged for a shipping person to come pick it up. We can use the tractor to load it on the back of the trailer, the back of a pick up or inside a box truck, but we will not put it in the back of an SUV

we will have a tractor available for picking up heavy things but only on the first day- but you will want to bring something to secure all the little things inside the cabinet so you are not causing hundreds of flat tires as you travel down the road.
