1969 JAGUAR XKE ROADSTER #1R7281. (Stock #4016) In 1961, Jaguar introduced the “......E-Type”...... or “......XKE,”...... as it became commonly known. The car was instantly recognized as one the most handsome sports cars ever built and has been a highly desired item ever since that introduction. The car was available in standard coupe, 2+2 coupe or open roadster form. Our car is one of the most desirable roadster variants. U.S. emission standards started to gradually become stronger in 1968. Our car had a production date of September, 3, 1968, so only had to meet very early standards, enabling it to be built with the desirable 9:1 compression engine. Finished in Signal Red with biscuit leather, matching top and top boot and fitted with original chrome wire wheels, our car has been the subject of a full restoration. The car was treasured in a climate controlled garage in Princeton, NJ before we sold the car for that meticulous owner to a local (Peapack) collector who added it to his magnificent collection, also housed in a climate controlled building, in December, 2014. Driven fewer than 1,000 miles since its total cosmetic and mechanical restoration, the car has remained in spectacular condition and drives as new with its original, numbers-matching twin cam, twin carburetor, 9:1 compression, 6-cylinder engine. The car is accompanied by its Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate showing it to be a fully numbers-matching car. It is ready to compete in any rallies, Jaguar club shows or events.

Meyers in December 2013- he had purchased a Basket case Healey 100 and asked me if I would help him restore the car. I said I would, that I was an expert on Healey 100’......s, served on several Concourse Judging Teams, and had a very original 100 that I had owned for 45 years that could be used as reference. I was happy to be a resource to guide the restoration. I found that Bob had restored several cars and was a good craftsman. The car was rotisserie restored and the engine rebuilt, with input from me as to what would be correct, and what updates would be appropriate for the car, based on my experience. The Exterior and interior Colors are as originally built-Healey Blue Paint and Blue Interior and Top as described on the BMIHT Factory Build Record. The restoration took 3 years and all parts were replaced or refreshed, including a new correct wiring harness and rebuilt instruments. The car was originally built with wire wheels and in 2017 the wheels were converted to disc wheels. I advised and monitored progress by multiple visits during the restoration. This Healey 100 with Le Mans kit was featured in a video with Gerry Coker-Stylist of the car, and signed by Gerry Coker in 2017. The video was made by Bill Meade (founder of the Austin Healey Lemans Registry) and shown at a large West Coast Austin Healey event. Concert was during the release of the album Street-Legal which was the 18th studio album by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan, released on June 15, 1978, Dylan spent the first half of 1977 engaged in divorce proceedings and a custody battle with his first wife, Sara, while editing Renaldo and Clara, an ill-fated film shot during the fall of 1975 on the first leg of his Rolling Thunder Revue tour. With the summer approaching, Dylan took a break from the film and returned to his farm in Minnesota, where he was accompanied by his children and Faridi McFree, with whom Dylan had started a relationship. There he began writing a new set of songs, including "Changing of the Guards," "No Time to Think," and "Where Are You Tonight?" At least six of the nine songs ultimately included on Street-Legal were written during this time. His work was disrupted on August 16, 1977, when news broke that Elvis Presley had died at 3:30 p.m. at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. "I went over my whole life," recalled Dylan. The Fiat 500L offered here is an excellent example of this fine car and has been beautifully restored in Fiat White. The restoration of this 500L is clearly evident in the quality of the work performed in bringing it back to factory specifications. 1954 Lagonda DB 3 Litre Mark I DHC

1954 Lagonda DB 3-Litre Drophead Coupe In 1936 W.O. Bentley joint Lagonda and developed a V12 cylinder car competitive to Rolls Royce. After producing ammunition during the WWII, Bentley developed a smaller car for the postwar market, but Lagonda went bankrupt before launching the new car. David Brown had bought Aston Martin and realized that their engines and suspensions were older technology. He then bought Lagonda to get access to the new 2.6L inline six-cylinder engine and the four-wheel independent suspension for his Aston Martin DB2, which he sold along the Lagonda DB 2.6-Litre. When a dealer bought sixteen rolling chassis from Lagonda in 1953 and had them fitted with a more modern body at Tickford coachbuilder, David Brown saw the need for more power and the six-cylinder got enlarged to 3 liter. This engine became the new power source for the Aston Martin DB2-4 3-Litre and the Lagonda DB 3-Litre. The cars were available as salon and drophead coupe. Between 1953 and 1955 Tickford built for The David Brown Automobile Division 102 Aston Martin DB2-4 Mark 1 convertibles and only 20 Mark 1 Lagonda convertibles, making the luxury Lagonda the rarer version compared to the sporty Aston Martin. There are only 7 survivors worldwide known to the international Lagonda Club, including the car special built for the late Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Including the 10-dealer built DHC prototypes with 2.6L engines and the 25 Mark 2 DHC, the convertible production of all versions totaled 55 cars, of which 29 survivors are known. This car offered is the only DB 3-Litre DHC in the Americas (from all versions). It was finished building on July 8th, 1954 and delivered to Mrs. E. Segrave at North Heath House in Chieveley, Newbury, Berkshire on July 24th, 1954. It is number matching with the original engine and the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust –...... Certified Copy of a Factory Record, as well as the Technical Data sheet. The car has continuous ownership history from new and was restored in 1992, where it received a new top as well, which is in good condition. Since then, the car had been part of two collections in Portugal from where it was acquired by the current owner and brought to Florida. Using the knowledge accumulated by working at several automotive industry suppliers in Germany and the US, as well as restoring British and Italian cars, the current owner repaired all technical issues and made several improvements to the car increasing its driving reliability. Most of them are so well hidden, that even a concourse judge would be hard pressed to find them. But in case somebody wants to make it all original again, all parts to convert it back are included. The car featured built in hydraulic jacks as standard equipment, as well as trafficators (semaphore turning signals). To provide the car with the capability to tour in comfort, this car is the only Aston Martin and Lagonda of that vintage, known to the specialists at Aston Service of Dorset, to be equipped with air-conditioning. Having an in-depth knowledge of these systems, the owner joined forces with former colleagues at Siemens-Valeo Automotive Heating and Air-Conditioning in Bad Rodach, Germany to identify the parts needed for this custom-built system while allowing to keep the look of the car as original as possible. The AC was tested extensively and works without fault. The original seats and interior side panels have been refurbished in the original beige. Seat belts for the front seats, color matching the body paint of the car, were added as well. The period correct design of the radio hides its modern technology and provides great sound for open and closed driving. The aluminum body of the car as well as the chrome are in good condition. The paint has only a few minor imperfections. The odometer shows 12270 miles. It was exchanged for a new one in 1975 with the old one reading 38575 miles at that time. Therefore, the correct total mileage for the car is only 50845. Odometer readings have been documented over the years. This extremely rare car caught the attention of well-known collector Jay Leno at the 2019 Boca Raton Concourse D’......Elegance and he commented: “......As a Lagonda owner myself, I have to admit that I have never seen this model before. That is a very beautiful and fine car.”...... The Lagonda won trophies at every regional car show entered –...... judged or participant votes. This Lagonda won five times “......Best in Show”......, including at the 2020 Naples Cars on 5th. As late as January 15th, 2023, it won “......Best Foreign Car”...... in a judged concours.
