The home was rough and there is an odor to many of the things in the house. The Home and property had the power pulled so nothing electrical could be tested but most things in the home were plugged in and we tried to describe garage and shop items the best we could. There are a lot of useful items as well as some good scrap. You will want to sign up for early times to help with day light being available. Please do not go looking around the property without calling the auction office as there are motion sensor cameras on site.
