Bidding by Choice Details
The Auctioneer will open the bidding; the high bidder will get to choose from tracts 3-7 the tract
or tracts they want. They will be put on Hold until the Re Group is completed. This procedure will
be repeated until these tracts are held. Then the Auctioneer will open the bidding on tracts 2 and
8, the high bidder(s) on these tracts will be put on hold until the Re Group is completed.
Once all tracts have been taken, the Auctioneer will proceed with the One Time Re Grouping as
outlined below.
Re Grouping Details
The Auctioneer has offered each tract individually with the high bidder on each tract put on hold.
Then the Auctioneer will offer the crowd an opportunity to outbid the aggregate amount bid, thus
far and take the whole 57.1 Acres.
Example:
The high bid on all tracts combined comes to: $1,000,000.00
The auctioneer will ask if anyone would like to bid $1,050,000.00. (They must bid at least 5% above
the aggregate bid thus far)
If someone bids $1,050,000.00 then the bidding will continue until all bids are in. Once all bids
are in the property would be sold as a whole to the highest bidder.
If there is no high bid on the total, the properties are deemed sold to the high bidders for
each parcel.
