This Caterpillar TL1055D Telehandler was involved in an insurance claim and is being sold by the insurance company to recover part of their loss.

This Caterpillar TH 1055D was driven off a flat-bed trailer during loading. It fell off on its right side (engine side) and was flipped on its back. The engine continued to operate in this position until the engine seized. The damage is extensive. The engine will not turn over. The transmission and engine leak. The transmission and engine frames are bent. Both axles are bent. All the sold wheels came off the rims and are considered scrap. The boom is bent. The engine fenders are damaged.
