Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass inset eyes with rich spiral threading, dark eyeliner, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pale outlined lips, pierced ears, auburn mohair wig over cork pate, kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at hips, knees, and elbows, stitched and separated fingers, lovely costume. Marks: 7 (head) 7 F.G. (shoulderplate). Excellent condition, lovely bisque, body especially sturdy. Gaultier, circa 1875.

A bronze frame is designed to appear as a vine-covered garden swing, from which is suspended a bronzed swing seat on which is seated a lady with flowing hair and gown, her arms raised to hold the swing ropes and one knee bent. The statue is signed Moreau, and may be August Moreau (French,1834-1917) who is noted for his Art Nouveau genre bronze works. Excellent condition. The little flirty eyed child carries a pair of all-bisque dolls, one with swivel head and painted yellow ankle boots, each with glass sleep eyes, closed mouth, blonde mohair wig, jointed limbs, nicely costumed. Kestner, circa 1910, excellent condition.

Bisque swivel head on bisque shoulderplate, brilliant blue glass paperweight eyes with darker blue outer rims, rose-blushed eye shadow, painted lashes and brows, slightly-parted outlined lips, double row of porcelain teeth, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, kid over firmly-construction torso, painted metal upper arms, bisque forearms, hollow carton "skirt" with fabric cover which hides the internal clockwork mechanism, three spoked metal wheels. When wound, and lever released, the lady glides forward, twirls and lifts arms up and down. There is an original paper label from the prestige English store of Cramer. Generally excellent, mechanism functions well. Jules Steiner, his deposed model made under special commission for luxury markets, circa 1875.
