All items offered are surplus equipment from the City of Allen Park Community Center. The items may be inspected and picked up at the Allen Park Community Center, 15800 White Ave., Allen Park, MIby appointment only (586) 213-1540.

All items are offered for sale as is, with no warranty or guarantee as to physical or operating condition
No items will be shipped by the auction company. It is the buyers responsibility to arrange any type of shipping or pick up of purchases.
All purchases must be paid for and removed between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on Friday 7/28/14
Invoices that have not been paid for or arrangements made for payment by end of day (4:00 pm) 7/28/14 will have purchases charged using credit card on file. Items not picked up by the deadline will be assessed storage charges of $10.00 per day, per lot. If storage charges should exceed the auction purchase price of the item, it will be within the rights of the seller to dispose of the item.
These rules will be enforced without exception.
Loading assistance may be available from the City of Allen Park Community Center.
