Used for hand-to-hand combat and as a defense against mounted enemy cavalry during WWII, with the weight and balance well forward of the expected balance point, which adds to the overall power of the swing. Includes a rubber eyepiece, ray filter knob (which includes three different lens colors), density knob, brass eyepiece cover, with a small brass plaque that identifies the make, model, mfg'r, etc. Exterior condition is fine overall.
