PARKING: No customer parking available, park at your own risk. Regular metered street parking can be found all around our block. There is also a large grocery parking lot across the street. There is a small limited loading area (not parking) once customers have checked out and have their lots ready for loading.

This is the corner of F and 15th Street, we are a warehouse below street level. There will be a waiting area below street level at the Reception Desk. ID and invoices may be required, if the invoice is unpaid please bring CASH as that is the ONLY accepted payment at pickup.

Any items/lots after this time will be considered abandoned, may be repossessed/disposed (may incur add. fee) NO refunds will be given on abandoned items and may be subject to removal/disposal fees. LOADING: Come prepared with an appropriate vehicle, tie downs, straps, tools, equipment, dollies, packing materials, boxes and manpower to load your purchases. You are responsible for the safe pickup/removal and transportation of your items at your expense and risk. Depending on the availability of our staff there may be some assistance available from us. A forklift is sometimes available upon reasonable request. Measurements in the catalog descriptions are approximate and in this format: Length (right to left), x Width/Depth (front to back) x Height (top to bottom). PAYMENT: The card on file with Proxibid will be charged for the full amount immediately after the closing of the event. Payments must be made by either the card on file with Proxibid or cash upon pickup. NO other forms of payments will be accepted. Once the auction closes you will be sent an e-mail invoice/receipt showing the total of the items you have won.
Cards: Please ensure that you have a sufficient available balance on your card for your online purchases. A $10 charge will be added to your invoice if a card is declined.
