This service doesn't hold Nutt Auction or any auction employee liable for injury, or damage to merchandise, in the loading, hauling or unloading of merchandise. Any equipment remaining on the grounds after July 31, 2017 will be subject to storage fees of $5 per day. If the item is not removed by August 31, 2017, it will become abandoned property. In the event of a tie bid amount, preference shall be given to the bidder attending the auction, or the bidder chosen by the Auctioneer, using any method he determines.
