Shipping is done through Shipping Saint. We package the items and notify Shipping Saint of the info. You will receive an invoice from Shipping Saint. In that invoice will be a link that you click to pay Shipping Saint directly with your credit or debit card. We will usually select the shipper that is the lower cost of UPS or Post Office. Our gun boxes cost us $6.92 per box so we charge the customer $7 for each box we have to use in their shipment. We also include a small fee for the packing materials as well. Five Star Auctions will always work hard to provide an honest and accurate description of all items. Be sure to inspect each lot thoroughly before bidding. Coin grades are the opinions of the seller and/or auctioneer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine and grade each lot to their own satisfaction before they bid. Five Star Auctions is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Five Star Auctions or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Five Star Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
It is up to the buyer of firearms to know and understand their federal, state and local laws governing firearms. Firearms manufactured after 1898 must be shipped to an FFL in your area. It is up to the buyer to make sure Five Star Auctions is provided with a shipping address and copy of the FFL where the firearm is to be shipped. Buyer will pay for transfer fees for their FFL and for shipping and insurance. There will be no transfer fee from Five Star Auctions.
