1. Payment is due at the end of the auction. All payments must be received by credit/debit card, or wire transfer payable to Pedersen & Pedersen Auctions, Inc.
2. State and local sales tax will be assessed and collected on all purchases unless legal exemption documentation is provided at the time of sale.
3. Invoices will be sent out via Proxibid.com and/or Pedersen & Pedersen Auctions, Inc. Contact is needed from the Buyer; only if special instructions for shipping or billing are required.
4. Local payment site will be Pedersen & Pedersen Auctions,5515 Hwy 190 W Deridder, LA 70634 Monday-Wednesday between the hours of 9:00AM to 4:00PM. There is a 4% fee applied to all credit card purchases.

2. Everything is being sold AS IS - WHERE IS, without warranty of any kind, as to usefulness or merchant ability expressed or implied. Auction Company does not guarantee age, year makes, models or condition. All announcements made sale day take precedence over any printed material. 3. Merchandise becomes the buyers' responsibility as soon as the auctioneer declares it "SOLD". Neither the auction company or its sellers shall be liable for theft or damage to items.
4. Auction attendee acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury and property damages and agrees to hold the auction company and its sellers harmless from any said incident.
5. Sales tax will be added where applicable. Dealers purchasing for resale must provide a Certificate of Resale bearing your resale number. Failure to furnish this certificate will result in sales tax being added to all purchases.
6. A buyer's fee of 10% will be added to all purchases. Internet charged an additional 2% buyers fee.
7. A $100.00 documentary fee will be added to all titled vehicles. Titles will be sent via Fed Ex/certified mail and take about 4 weeks before they are mailed. You can come by our office and get a 60 day temp tag if you so wish. If you are local and able to pick up your title when ready, please do so.
8. Check-out will be Sunday 10am-2pm and Monday- Wednesday, May 8th from 9am to 4pm. EVERYTHING MUST BE OUT BY WEDNESDAY, MAY 8th AT 4pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Bring your paid invoice when picking up your items.
