No item may be removed from the Pickup Site until the full bid price, taxes and Buyer's Premium are paid. PAID IN FULL receipt and ID must be presented for pick-up before being released to the Buyer. Larger items where noted or posted in the catalog must be picked up or Buyers must make their own shipping and handling arrangements, and notify Pedersen & Pedersen Auctions, Inc. of these arrangements. Buyers must bring packaging materials (if needed), dollies and personal to load items. No Exceptions! If these items are not removed during the specified pickup time, items will automatically be forfeited with-out refund or credit.

3. Merchandise becomes the buyers' responsibility as soon as the auctioneer declares it "SOLD". Neither the auction company or its sellers shall be liable for theft or damage to items.
4. Auction attendee acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury and property damages and agrees to hold the auction company and its sellers harmless from any said incident.
5. Sales tax will be added where applicable. Dealers purchasing for resale must provide a Certificate of Resale bearing your resale number. Failure to furnish this certificate will result in sales tax being added to all purchases.
6. A buyer's fee of 10% will be added to all purchases. Internet charged an additional 2% buyers fee.
7. A $100.00 documentary fee will be added to all titled vehicles. Titles will be sent via Fed Ex/certified mail and take about 4 weeks before they are mailed. You can come by our office and get a 60 day temp tag if you so wish. If you are local and able to pick up your title when ready, please do so.
8. Check-out will be Sunday 10am-2pm and Monday- Wednesday, May 8th from 9am to 4pm. EVERYTHING MUST BE OUT BY WEDNESDAY, MAY 8th AT 4pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Bring your paid invoice when picking up your items.
