Default Interest Rate: If for any reason a court or arbitrator(s) deems the Default Interest Rate excessive or impermissible, the arbitrator(s) or judge shall impose the maximum default interest rate permitted and all other terms contained herein shall remain valid and enforceable.

Buyer’s Fee: 15% (The Buyer’s Fee in CA is taxable)
Dock fee for boats: $70.00
Administrative fee for all titled lots: $125
Non-titled lots: $10.00 for items sold between $0-$499 and $50 for items sold $500 and above. Fees apply regardless of the purchaser exemptions or residence.
Sales tax: Applicable California sales tax will be charged.
Non-Resident CA buyers are eligible for a refund of sales tax after presenting Auctioneer with a signed bill of lading showing the Auction Item has been successfully removed from the state of California. The bill of lading must be presented to the Auctioneer within ten (10) business days from the date of purchase.
III. Payment:
Complete payment is required within 1 business day of the sale.

All major credit cards will be accepted, up to a $10,000 maximum charge per customer per sale with no service fee.
International Buyers will need to wire transfer full payment directly from their bank to West Coast Auctions’ bank account.
IV. Storage Fee:
$25.00 per item / per day
Fee starts accruing on the 3rd day after the sale date.
Additional Gate Fees may apply at select locations.
All removals are by appointment on the date(s) listed for pickup for each auction.
Pickups need to be scheduled a minimum of 24 hrs. prior to arrival.
Storage Fees must be paid prior to removal.
