Legacy Auction & Realty has the option at its sole discretion to sell any item(s) outright prior to the auction event.
BUYER PREMIUM: A 15% buyer?s premium will be added to final bid/hammer price.
PAYMENT: Invoice will be sent to the winning bidder following the sale.
The non-refundable $500 security deposit is due via PayPal by Tuesday, April 2, 3 PM ET.
Balance due shall be paid via bank wire transfer by Thursday, April 4, 12 Noon ET, and must clear our bank before the vehicle is released.
Winning bidder will be provided with information for wire transfer.
WINNING BIDDER: Please contact Auctioneer to notify us of plans for payment, transfer, and removal. Issues with payment will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform.
