All payments must be submitted to Blackmon Auctions by one of the approved methods within 24 hours of the closing of the auction. 2. Auction Law This auction is governed by United States UCC Laws which places responsibility on you, the bidder – We have provided time and opportunity for all buyers to inspect the items before they bid AND this is the BUYER’S responsibility. All items will be sold in the “as-is” condition.

Shipping Instructions: 1. Blackmon Auctions does not ship or arrange shipping for Buyers. 2. Buyers are 110% responsible for removal and shipping their items. Removal of Items 1. All items must be removed by five days following the auction 2. There will be a loader onsite to help load items within its capacity two to three days after the end of the auction. Loading is done by first come first served. 3 level loading dock onsite. 3. All items remaining on the yard after loader is gone must be loaded by the buyer or arrangements for loading must be made by the buyer. 4. When sending your staff or trucking company SEND the INVOICE we send you listing your name and each item you purchased. Otherwise your items will not be released. Also give your trucker the address and yard hours! 5. There is no onsite contact or phone number. Loading is done during regular business hours unless otherwise stated and loading is done by first come first served.
Preview Date & Times: Inspection can be done from now until auction day. Monday-Friday from 8am to 4:30pm
Checkout Date & Times: Removal deadline for items needing a loader to load is 3 to 4 days after the end of the auction Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm 3 level loading Dock onsite. All loading is done by first come first served.
